Actual answer: It's a UI bug that used to have a sort of workaround, but not anymore. Essentially the sidebar keeps getting larger because the dev keeps adding more submenus, and for some reason this makes the Save button go away. The only current 'workaround' is to Quicksave instead.

Note that the Save button can also go away during the War Phase, especially when you've selected a city. I think to make it appear again, you had to click any friendly city or a city your faction owns? I hope the dev eventually stops trying to add/change stuff and actually fix stuff instead.

Honestly I'd probably enjoy the game from concept alone if it wasn't for the fact that the main gameplay loop of attacking and slowly corrupting magical girls wasn't so impenetrable (for me) to understand. The eggs themselves will just be the same eggs as in-game, the ones that you can use for cooking. As to what getting them from Kutaka will imply though, there's a lot of stuff I thought of implementing if I don't encounter any issues with being limited by the coding.

First of all I'd like Kutaka to be in a 4-week cycle where, on the last week, she becomes "broody". Broody Kutaka will be grumpier, over-protective, and more sensitive (as she evolves into Yearning and Love, her grumpiness will turn into a mother-like"cuddliness" for lack of a better word), think of it as a sort of period mixed with pregnancy. On the last day of this week, she will stay at home to lay her eggs and rest. Your character will have a chance to walk in on her laying her eggs, similarly to how you can walk in on characters masturbating.

Successfuly getting her pregnant will completely override her egg-laying with a normal human pregnancy instead, getting rid of her broody week mechanic and preventing her from laying eggs altogether until she gives birth.

When Kutaka goes into Yearning, there will be a small change she'll give you eggs at the end of dates. She won't tell you where they actually came from, though. At love, you should be able to ask her for eggs when inside her house (limited to one per day), and she will no longer hide the fact that she's the one who laid the eggs she's been giving you.

By default it should be 5% and should only trigger the first time you meet someone, so it shouldn't be happening during the Daily/Character Events phase. The hints are all inside of a SELECTCASE RAND:N function ranging from 0 to N-1; that displays whatever paragraph corresponds to the CASE number it ends on whenever you leave Eligor's event.
I forgot to update said N back when I made Cleo. It is now set to 30 so her clue (28) and Zeus' (29) are included.
