I think that there would be a more diverse (not in the Tumblr way) range of bodytypes in malehus than femalehus. Likely due to social stigma, there's usually a much wider gap between a skinny man and a muscular man than a skinny woman and a muscular woman, as in muscular men are usually way bigger than their slender counterparts while muscular women still look somewhat lithe unless they go all the way like a man does. I think that any of the moderately active 2hus like Aya, Murasa and Mayumi would still look lean albeit with noticable muscle, while the proper physical hus like Momoyo, Meiling and Saki would be absolutely shredded and look quite a bit different to their female versions. Skinnier hus would be quite similar in build, just with more male features and maybe shorter hair while I imagine that male versions of the younger looking characters, especially those with shorter hair like Remilia and Eternity, would look near-identical. Wriggle looks exactly the same no matter what gender.
I'm not too sure about chubbyhus... I imagine Patche to be more on the skinnyfat side of things, either anorexic-looking or unfit with a small bit of pudge. Maybe Ringo or Miyoi could have a bit extra to love but I don't think I can envision anyone in Gensokyo ever being truly fat whether they're male or female. All in all, I think it's dependent on body type; the thinner and/or more androgynous they are, the closer they look to their canon counterpart.

Realised I forgot the height part. I think that the heights of malehus would be the same as canon, but with a wider gap between them. So, Remilia is still very short and Sakuya fairly tall, but where as women they would be like 150cm and 165cm respectively, since men are usually bigger I'd bump it up a bit so male!Remi would stand at around 155cm and male!Sakuya at 180cm or something. I think you can be way more flexible with men's heights since some can be as short as Kevin Hart and then you've got guys who're almost seven feet. Women typically skew slightly shorter but I think it's very, very rare that you'll ever find a woman who goes above 190cm.
Maybe I'll draw some height comparison charts next.
