NTA, but one trick I like using on K is to save up as much money as possible and spend nothing on hiring soldiers or officers. Once my nation is wiped out I join as an officer the nation that conquered me and begin romancing their strongest units besides their ruler. Once I have enough I just revolt, taking all my lovers to my new country, convert all my saved money into treasury at an almost 1:1 rate and hire as many soldiers as possible.

Normally it is easy to knock out fast the country you seceded from, which allows then to befriend the other few nations that remind with the resources gained from absorbing a good chunk of a country. That way you don't only get strong officers, but you don't have to worry about getting rumors spread about you by a 1 province kingdom ruled by Luna Child across the map for absolutely no reason during the beginning of the game in which war is banned but diplomacy isn't.

Because at the beginning there are a lot of nations that can do rumors to your nation regardless, which makes it very likely for that nation to go to shit if you don't actively invest in it. By the time your nation kicks the bucket and you build your rapport in the new nation a lot of small nations will be dead anyway, so you won't get showered with as many sources of rumors as in the early game and you can actually make allies even in the cluttered maps.

Anyway, I never really had a problem with coalitions as they tend to consist mainly of countries that aren't adjacent to me. I never had an ally join one, though maybe that's because I always make sure to romance allied rulers. Obviously it speeds up diplomacy but I think it also might prevent them from joining coalitions against you.

Okay looking for some advice on eraMegaten. It's day 21 and my party's at around level 60 and I haven't really done any questlines besides Tartarus. Any suggestions on what else I should be doing?

The easiest route is P1's SEBEC. The final boss is like level 60 and going through the final dungeon is harder than actually fighting Pandora.
P2 IS route is complete and has a lot of nice stuff in it.
Debisama's route is pretty challenging and has obnoxiously large dungeons. By beating it you get Inaruna's fusion unlock and with correct choices you can recruit Rei, Sid or get Kumiko-Inaruna Devil Shifter.
Giten requires you to conquer Ayato's ass for the ending point. The dungeons are easy and straightforward but fights are challenging. Getting an ending unlocks Loli Bael's fusion, cute but pretty mid demon.
Night Tail is cool but has a lot of gimmick boss fights and requires correct choices and romancing its MC to get the best ending (and to fight and unlock Mother Harlot).
Tower of Confinement is also a thing if you want to beat up the personification of the Holy Spirit and breed the loli goddess and some edgy time-travelling child.

It never fails to make me laugh when a character gets hate marks because they came too hard.

So that is still an option for most routes where you need at least any Fall state or Affection Fall to proceed further. Obviously that doesn't work on uncooperative characters, because you can't party with them to Loyalty grind them in the Isora Zone (e.g. Kumiko).

And is it ever possible to try to have stuff like Singing and Cooking taken out of the Training section of era, and make it something you could spend Stamina on to train up on like you can with Weapon Proficiency? And maybe a sort of 'Safehouse Officer Positions' system, where while assigned to certain positions, specific Advisor only talents like Treatment is always active. I pretty much have Treatment characters as my Advisor permanently purely for the stamina recovery boost.

In the original Giten there are two heroines, basically your law and chaos equivalents and Ayato is the MC. Well in eramegaten that carries over, adding the PC to the mix. Trying out Koikatsu for the first time, and man it feels like I'm playing akumamaid, with the "recruiting to your club" thing divided into multiple sections per day.
I also like the freedom it gives you, even besides the H stuff. The feature for instantly teleporting to a girl's location feels like an upgraded version of TW's Whereabouts Sense, and could come in handy if ported to TW:
Instead of having to check where a girl is, and then exiting the menu and opening the Go Out menu, it should let you click on the girl, tell you how you much time or TSP you'd spend to go where she is, and let you accept or cancel.

Y being the moonrunes name of the EXP you want to modify. You'll need to open the CSV file to find it, and use an auto translator like Textrator or TranslationAggregator to translate the moonrunes and be sure it's what you want to edit.
Number being the number you want it to be, so probably 0.

Is it just simply at a concept implementation stage where they plan to later expand on it, such as having Extermination focus on exp gain, Investigation on random character (human/demon) 'capture' and/or demon analysis and Retrieval on yen/macca/items?

Also this might be my eraMeiQGaiden and similar eras experience speaking, but I hope you can either send them on safe or difficult expeditions for normal/increased rewards, but since they're going solo, if you have the appropriate filter activated and you send them on expeditions beyond their capability, they'll either return injured or be missing in action. If injured you at least know they're back and can treat them (but will be either unavailable for party/labor work or stat/modifier penalised according to the scope of injuries), while if they're missing in action, you could wait for them to return, or you might get a 'special request' to either try to locate and rescue them, or they got captured and a ransom is being demanded. If you have the NTR filter activated, then just like how certain characters (Kikue, Dolly, Mari, etc.) can get 'trained' if you take too long, the same situation applies but on a 'turn'-based basis from the moment you find out they're in danger (going from morning to afternoon counts as '1 point' instead of counting number of days changing). Of course, they could also just take longer than usual to return too for some reason (held up by something, found extra stuff, or if NTR is on and they have a NTR lover, wasted time by hanging out or banging them). The WWI scenario is probably better than the WWII one. A lot of the problem was that like half the starting factions begin with 15-20 cities (for example Kaguya controlling not only all of France but also all of North Africa). AnonTW is the defacto main eng branch, there isn't really any reason to use any of the other branches (unless you have a scat fetish in which case you might as well just piss off to wherever that project is currently housed). It does exactly what it says. You can hypnotize hus into getting horny, faking consent, take them out on a date before they'd normally let you, reverse their common sense, make them nudists, hypnotize away their anger.

Since it's my first cycle, I didn't add some Extra things since some of them sounded really busted, like synthesis, or the dwarfsmith, which reminded me of IVA's, which was really bad and without any balances, but the first was in fact just making items, which as I discovered in game, was something the game seemed to be balanced around.
