for the shell:
you can either model it yourself in clay, take a negative mold and cast a positive into that. thats expensive, prone to errors and hazardous to your health if you are using FRP (fiber reinforces plastic) so wear some PPE (personal protection equipment - respiratormask with proper filters rated for whatever you do, gloves, goggles at the minimum)

or you can grab https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5316376 and print it yourself if you have a printer or find a printshop / makerlab / friend that doesnt charge you hundreds of bucks for printing it. it should be doable in 1-2 days and the material costs are a few bucks at most. if you are into 3d modelling you can alter the shape but the model is a bitch to work with so i would advise against it for the first try.


now that you have a shell you go to town with sanding, filling and priming.
sanding until its smooth on the outside, use some filler primer (tamiya or something) and dont forget to wear PPE. rinse and repeat until its smooth or you run out of patience. if you can feel something with your finger you can see it later.

now you paint that sucker with some flesh colored tone. theres mixing ratios for "kig pink" somewhere but having a hada / skinsuit on hand to try if the color works would be easier.
dont you ever EVER fucking paint that thing with anything besides rattle cans or airbrushes.
paint slapped on with regular brushs and rollers looks like ass afterwards.

print eyes on photo paper, figure out how to make vision slits. eyebrows/ eyelids from foam or painted, some paint for the mouth. black gunpla marker for some accents maybe.

matte clear coat that sucker. shiny would be more resistant but looks ... well.. shiny.

then wig hell. theres shops that sell kig-sized wigs. if you wanna do it yourself look up wig making and styling on youtube. thats a can of worms in itself.

If you have an oversized mask, you need to hold it up and make sure it stays still at a good angle somehow (you can use a ring of foam attached to the inside top for this, other solutions might be better depending on the exact problem). If you don't, the mask angle will get all fucked up, like it is here, and the mask will sit way too low on you and eat your neck, making you look weird. The better solution is just to get a mask that fits properly, but this kigger didn't do that and has to live with the consequences.
