All sexually explicit content in a VN exists solely for the the player to get off on -- no exceptions, so we could say that all H is fetishist to an extent, however, there is still a clear dividing line between "empty fetishism" and "exhilarating aggression"; one is simply a commercially packaged event designed to appeal to a small number of Japanese fetishists, and identifying them is easy: these are humiliation scat scenes in which the girl rolled up onto her back, put on unlikely structures, is injected with things and other bizarre shit done to her. The player is repulsed and can do nothing but hold it at arm's length; it has no impact at all on the story, no emotional weight, no nothing, it's literally just pandering to a fetishist.

The other type of rape, the good rape, is integrated with the story in such a way as to draw the player in, to make the rape event believable in context of the story, and to ignite the player's excitement. Therefore, the event has dramatic impact and emotional weight.
