I've been looking for one all over. All i've found are fedoras with upturned brims and cowboy hats. Renko's hat is like a boater hat, only felt, and black, shorter + larger brim, with a whtie tieband last I checked.

I should find a custom hatmaker. Also, koishi's hat.

I'd look for a custom hatmaker but then he'd be wondering why I was slowly amassing a massive collection of frilly girl hats for my personal use.

Even if he didn't I'd suspect he was doing it and I would get upset deep down inside.

Making a yukari/remilla/flan hat is amazingly simple, believe it or not. You sew two cloth circles together with two concentric circles (about an inch between the two sewn circles, concentric circle closest to the brim being about 4 inches from it), draw elastic through, close shit up and add seams, and then put on the ribbons.
