The Nanaya were literally called the greatest assassins. It's the entire purpose of their existence both literally and thematically. They were also a clan that produced psychics and weird bodies capable of surpassing human limitation(They can literally do things human beings can't such as their odd movements, ability to change their weight, inversion impulse and being built for explosive speed, etc). This is all because they're specifically designed to combat non-human transcendental beings that even a dozen demon hunters would fall against. Nanaya polished themselves to bring back psychics from a suicide mission.

The other mountain folk craft a disposable weapon that's meant to be thrown away after one use. Assuming the number boys were from the same group and given how good souichirou was, we at least know physically in a melee confrontation he was generally weaker than Bazett and Kirei. Kouma was completely disregarded because he was beyond them. I think that kind of says it all since it's not even factoring in his arcane nature as a mixed-blood or special powers.

As for pure physical strength? I dunno since it doesn't really come up as a defining feature in their styles but Nanaya could rip people's head and spines out with one hand while upside down in the air and toss light projectiles with enough force to blow the heart out of a target so...

Brishisan (CT Headmaster) being Solomon’s student, as well him being someone who spread magecraft making the energy and morale of the AoG resurface are quoted in the wiki to have come from the Lord El-Melloi II Case Files material book. I'm guessing she'll have a role, but I doubt it'll be anything substantial like Ciel's route. There's not much to do with her from a narrative standpoint outside of her true route. I expect more than a brief appearance, but Sacchin already looks packed on paper. I assume this is where we'll see antagonist Ciel, we'll probably get more of Noel too and this is where we'll see Nero's comeback as a main villain since that's the only reason Nasu removed him in the first place. I think Sacchin's route will also focus on Arihiko, probably reintroducing what we know from KT with maybe flashbacks from middle school since there's a background CG that is used for a few seconds in Blue Glass. Lots of interesting stuff to do with Sacchin too, how she almost idolizes Shiki to the point that her vision of him is built on misconceptions, and how her arc will probably center on how the mudane broke her, something that would work in contrast with Shiki. I don't really see how Arcueid could be deeply involved in this part of the story since it seems very personal (Nasu mentioned that RG is a story about the inside as opposed to Blue Glass which is about the outside) and the fact that she's a killing machine doesn't really offer much room to do anything with her.

I'm not sure he does kill Arc in the original Sacchin route. In the chapter titles for the route it goes from Inversion Impulse I to Vampiric Impulse I, skipping Inversion Impulse II where Shiki would kill Arc.
There's also the fact that the near side branches to far side by following Sacchin instead of Arc.

No, I find it highly doubtful that Nasu would give the final boss treatment + antagonist role to Arcueid once again. It would be narratively redundant and doesn't really fit with what we know of Sacchin's route (although I expect some changes). If Arcueid were to have a role to play, it would be a neutral one or perhaps an ally depending the circumstances. The final boss will undoubtedly be Nero, so many hints of his presence in Blue Glass + side material essentially establishing Nero as THE boss for Shiki. Vlov will probably also be involved since, like Shiki, he has Nero as his 天敵, which makes me think that Vlov and Shiki will have to team up to defeat Nero. Ciel will be the one heroine to play the role of antagonist, since the original was supposed to be like this and we haven't yet seen this aspect of her in the remake. Noel will also definitely have a role that I assume will include some sort of redemption arc for her. Ultimately, it's very difficult to make Arcueid relevant in the story without her being cut by Shiki. Without this, she is far too powerful to be able to play an active role in the story since no one could stand against her anyway (see Nero in Blue Glass already). We'll see I guess but I don't think Arcueid should have a major role outside of her true route anyway, I'll be satisfied if she's basically like Ciel in Akiha so basically more of an ally but I'm not sure how that would be possible.

Also I think Nasu having BLACK making a remake prototype that included the old Satsuki script and using it as a reference for putting TsukiR together means that the Satsuki route we get will definitely be a remake of the original script although it's hard to say how much he's intending to change the plot.
When I played Arc's route I was surprised how little was changed but reading interviews it sounds like Nasu subscribed to the Eva rebuilds idea of starting with something familiar before becoming something original so maybe RG will go crazy.
Also I guess keeping Arc's route so similar was partially done with the context of showing her off in Ciel true and also with the intention of releasing an Arc true later.

My point is it doesn't have to be addressed because it's one of those things obvious enough that the player can figure them out. Nasu doesn't employ the term True Ether in Tsukihime, even though the Luminary is stated to be the lifeforce of the Earth leaking so it can only be True Ether. It doesn't need to be addressed, it's obvious.

Personally, I’d say what we saw from Solomon didn’t display Yahweh as particularly superior from any other deity. He is a creationist divinity who is omnipotent and omniscient in abrahamic faith, so it makes sense that he is able to do what would often be split between many other gods, but his actions, while diverse, are not noticeably out of the ordinary in relation to any other divinity. For example, a quantifiable thing would be Yahweh predicting the incineration of humanity and having Solomon send a ring to the future. However, such a thing was also done by Odin, who helped in both the Incineration of Humanity and the Bleached Earth through Cu Caster.
Him being no more than the other gods would also explain His noticeable lack of action in the Age of Man, where things are either self-regulated or kept in check by the counter force.

Of course, this could be my own bias speaking and coloring my view, so I’m not affirming this as an absolute truth.

Another thing that could tangentially refer to your point is Aoko and Soujyuurou’s discussion at the end of Mahoyo. Where she claimed that God rested in the Root, and that Magician’s could become God if they took the final step and touched it. It is uncertain how serious she was being, and how much of it was certainty or speculation on her part, or even if this “God” was Yahweh or just a being that follows the general idea of an omnipotent god.
Should this be true, a few questions are to be asked. Can there be more than one god, or are they all assimilated into a single supreme existence? Why did the other magicians not take that step, are they all equally uninterested in the position? And other such things.

Anyways, other than that, the Root itself is not hard to get. Think god if instead of a being it was a place.

Solomon's God is the one who gave the Grand Orders and paved the way for mages to reach the Root. Which Aoko tries to humanizes in her ramblings. There is no connection of that God to anyone outside Solomon. The death or departure of Solomon was a cut with that "God". And the mystery worldwide started to dry out immediately after aside of remote places with strong mystic presences like oni in Japan and fae in Britain.
