I think it's more likely that she either just doesn't really know her or doesn't have any real opinion on her. Yuugi apparently never leaves the city/Hot Springs and Parsee's bridge is outside the city, and we know that there's multiple routes from the surface down to Former Hell from 17.5 where Yamame says that they tunnel they were in was only the fifth-largest route.
