So what actually happened is that Zanmu first tricked a bunch of losers into becoming her minions and spy on the Animal Yakuza for her, before using her commie nothingness powers to void any ownership of the land and start the incident itself, then ensuring that the matriarchs would be locked in a stalemate and ensuring that the status quo re-establishes itself, but also leaving everyone involved with the underlying dread of being unable to go up against Zanmu, thus allowing her to manipulate everyone.
Everything has been Zanmu's doing from the very beginning.

The majority of existing unique commands are fairly simple and generic, purposely not being designed to tie heavily into a character's actual KOJO dialogue and serving as gameplay mechanics in their own right, such as Nitori's tools or the medicine sellers. Those should continue to exist even if someone writes an alternate dialogue with a vastly different focus than the existing one, which 443 covers.
Any character with unique gimmicks tends to weave stuff into their dialogue's general events and commands, or they can just use the new KOJO commands if they want to do more.

A problem I have playing the game is that several times I have gotten several dungeons into a story route only for it to suddenly shift to Japanese for the remainder or going to quite a lot of effort getting a particular character only for all their training dialogue to be untranslated.

That's all fine, I get that it's a very large game and it's unreasonable to expect everything to be translated, but it's really annoying how hard it is to tell so I can't direct my play to the areas I can actually read consistently.

- A guy in the Discord is working on some new prayer-related stuff, and the guy who did the Standing Missionary animations is working on blowjob animations.

Persona Cards don't really exist in the game, the personas in the game are basically converted into a type of link demon internally IIRC.
I considered using skill cards at first, but those only teach one skill at a time and do nothing for elemental/ailment resistances.
So I've run into a different roadblock from the one that stumped the japanese side.
