If we're going to entertain the twitter/reddit yuri headcanon bullshit then I would say Eirin and Kaguya. They have a long history with each other (extremely long if you think about how long the moon was around for and how old Eirin is) and Eirin abandoned everything she knew to come to a back water shit hole planet for Kaguya's sake and made herself immortal so that she could stick with Kaguya for eternity. If we continue to ignore the canon, which points to them simply being close friends/mentor and former student and believe them to be carpet munchers then they would have the longest lasting and most deep love out of anyone ever. Now I know some people might talk about Mokou but she doesn't have the same history with Kaguya as does Eirin and she doesn't actually hate Kaguya, she's only annoyed by her and Kaguya sees her as a playmate. Besides that Mokou has Keine anyway.
