It depends on an encoding but for the most cases it will probably be in the same ballpark. In general each Latin letter requires 1 byte of storage, while each Japanese symbol requires 2 bytes. But English phrases and words are on average substantially longer to convey the same meaning as Japanese ones.
But if the file is encoded in UTF-16 which uses two bytes per Latin character then it certainly will be larger than the Japanese one.

I've been enjoying it so far. Any title where the 主人公 isn't a spineless wimp gets extra points from me.
