The Japanese recently implemented custom Talents, which could serve as the basis for this, though they're not yet fully implemented and I'm currently fixing those up and expanding them to allow for mouseover descriptions like we use for the common Talents.

Though since these are completely character-specific and not part of general gameplay, I'm not sure their conditions should be listed with the regular fall states. It'd probably be easier to list them on the character's profile text instead.

Combat is one example, but you might not want to interact with music, logging, foraging, buying a certain item, collect animals via traps or fulfill some other requirement and be completely locked out of love. In English though? Now that's where it gets tricky. It's spelled and written the same, but these are completely different characters. They need to be distinguished because there are many instances where you can get an event without seeing their face and you wouldn't know which one is which (that's just an example). The apostrophe gives you a hint, it's not pretty, it's tacky, but it works. That's all there's to it, end of story.
