Any touhou dnd homebrew will be shit. I can't imagine why someone would attempt it, it's just a terrible system for it.

The system isn't really built for bullets and all that. Try something more flexible.

I think that /tg/ had some rather good rules for danmaku at some point, for the DnD.

Touhou DnD was pretty fun actually when I played with GensokyoMan

There IS an actual Touhou roleplaying game. It's called Touhou: Flowers but it's all in moonspeak. The design of the book looks beautiful though.
