Seija is starting like that, and I remember Mokou being similar even when everybody else in Bamboo Forest was in a relationship with me. Do I just need to crank up the Speech skill, or is there a trick to tempt them into swooning over my cleaning skills?

There's also a trick you can do (assuming it hasn't been patched) if the Touhou gives you a request for something that requires you to lead her around (danmaku training, cleaning, etc). You can start leading her around, and then instead of doing the request, just go on a date with her, where you can then spam skinship and head pat and embrace to get bigger gains.

Your stats do matter, speech, but also high knowledge and combat will just make them like you more. Grinding stats with someone will make that someone teach you if she can, and make her like you too.
Any grind with the girl will also either up your intimacy or lust, and those help too even if you initially lose favor from interactions.
Seija is hard to find sometimes, so you should pray for her to come find you.

She's not hard to find in you're in the Youkai Mountain Foothills. Heck, once I got the ability to see where girls are located, it showed me where her house was. I was even able to go inside any time she's there and awake.

Perhaps TW could do with a mechanic where the more 2hus you turn lewd, the more degenerate Gensokyo in general becomes. So if you start turning everyone into sex friends or waifus, the general order starts breaking down and everyone starts being lewd to each other as well. Eventually they'll even start molesting or get molested by mob characters as well (within 'era safety standards' of never taking their V-virginity at the very least unless <Perverted>). Though how much of this lewd behaviour, from the 2hus to the mob characters, is directed at (You), between each other (2hus-specific) or with others (with mob characters) depends on the ratio of Sex Friend to Waifu. So, you decided to turn everyone into lewd Sex Friends where you can give them a good sexy time on the go? It is unfortunately over for you. I have played these games semi-regularly for like 3-4 years at this point.

The only one that's really lost staying power over time is K which is surprising because at the start it's the one I liked the most by far but TW has grown a lot while K mostly hasn't, feeling like it really lacks dynamism and character interactions now.

Megaten seems to constantly grow arms and legs but in a really random way and I'm never sure what's actually in the game and what's complete/translated/being added. I also don't like how you're (kind of) forced to be evil in that game.

I really wish some proper new games would get developed though as it has mainly been those games for a long time. There was reverse but only like half of that got translated and it was (mostly) the easy characters with low amounts of dialogue.

Every instance of guro or snuff so far has been accepted from both sides.
NTR/other is fine and dandy if it's from the japanese, and actively encouraged from the western side if it involves lesbian sex.
Diapers, scat and age regression ban is there to make it appear like pops isn't allowed to push it, but he could get any of it into the game if he wanted.
The only instance of feminization so far has been accepted(and nobody cares about males automatically crossdressing on special days).
Baby/toddler crap was never considered, it's there for pops.
Necrophilia technically already is there because of Yoshika and the vampires, but it also is really there just to pretend anyone checks pop's submissions.

Alright, I did some shit for the butterfly section.
Some of them have names that were straight up made up or completely wrong. I thought it was made on purpose at first to not mention countries like Japan or whatever, but then I see that other bugs in the list have names that mention countries, so I fixed those too (for the ones I caught anyway, only checked the jap names when the English names gave nothing when searching online or gave me something that seemed off).

There are a few era games still being developed on the JP side that hasn't really seen any English translation efforts yet so far. To name a few notable ones:
- eraOCG: Yugioh, except in era. Also you can summon the cards into 'real life' for some reason, so that you can bang all the Dark Magician Girl variants all at once.
- eraFL: An actual original production, not based on any game, even though it's 'era Fantasy Life'. Uses K's system of interaction, but otherwise has a lot of fancy looking menus and stuff. Also has a limited portrait system, which the author is using AI to generate stuff for.

Development is slow for those two though. Especially eraFL, since it's literally onedev. If you want something to be more similar to TW, there is a sort of era game that uses a limited map system like TW, called eraBlue (era Granblue Fantasy). Its development is also really slow, but the idea is that (You) are running a resort and Granblue characters are showing up as guests. Can also delve into dungeons and stuff.

If you're more into the K side of things, there's a few choices that aren't just simply 'TohoK but with a different character roster'. First is eraAL-K, though it's often a buggy mess since it doesn't have the support from the main era community (banned/exiled from era due to the author's insistence on using official Azur Lane artwork and music). Then there's eraRanceK, which while plays very similar to your traditional TohoK game, except it has Rance mechanics in the game (Rance nightcrawling random girls, specific characters with Invincibility Barriers, dungeon crawling). It doesn't have much, if any, portraits at all though.

Then there's stuff like eraBEMANI, which has a built-in but rather rough/incomplete English translation for some reason. But it's more based off TohoA than anything, so the usual 'get x money by n days'. Unless you play on one of the special modes, like Wedding Mode if you just want to start out with your ideal BEMANI waifu/husbando as your spouse and start banging away.

I think stat gains can be slightly different too, as Lust is more focused on horny actions and gains those easier but at that point it hardly matters
You can have as many girls as you want at Love, and by default you can have one girl at Lover which happens after a confession, either from you or from the girl after a good date, but theres an option to let you have as many Lovers as you want in the settings. Some characters also have unique dialogue for being at Lover.

Different dialogue branches. Most girls don't have unique lust/sex friend stuff so they repeat yearning/neutral lines but some do have it.
Technically on the exact moment you meet the basic requirements for either route it's easier to get the 2hu to fuck but it's basically a one or two click difference in getting her into the mood, since love is also a massive buff.
I think girls in love might ask you out for dates and to sleep in your room more often. They might also ask to move into your map. Aside from that, far as I'm aware there's no special behaviors related to either, anything like the 2hu deciding to push you down is decided by the base stats.

Lamoli mod has the Ui translated/items and some events translated. The beginning game loop is simple; become a merchant selling planets specific trade goods to one another. Once you get a bit a of money you can have this become automated by buying more cargo ships and telling the ships commanded by one of your crew to trade x for y at z and a planets.

Then there is unique quests at each spaceport you can do to get unique rewards such as ships and officers, and some nice flavor events (Don't do [Mother Wanted] unless you are a female).

The next step after Merchenthood is building a spaceport, and researching all you can with the research hub to be able to produce better ship & Infantry equipment.

Unfortunately, this is where it ends as ground invasions are not implemented yet beyond the tutorial for it.
