In the starting city. It's the last quest in the guild book. Once you get it, make sure you have a high dirty/lewdness stat, then take a stimulant or use the debug to become horny and go take care of the brats (it's the first house when you exit through the left). When you go to sleep with them you'll wake in the middle of the night and be given the option to molest them or mustervate. Pick the first option obviously.

After you turn in the quest you can keep visiting them for a H scene. If you have a rope in your inventory their mother will surprise you having sex and attack you. If you can beat her you'll be able to make the kids rape their mother.

After she gives birth to the first child she unties her hair and never uses a ponytail again. Is there a way to make her hair back as it was?

This is not your typical RPG maker game. There's animated /h/ scenes and god tier sexual hijinks.

Find the INN. And the house to the left of the INN is the guild. Using atlas to translate, sign up for the guild and select the babysitter quest. Talk to the guild master to confirm the request. Then travel through the east wall. The first house you see is where you're supposed to go. (Note that this house is locked before you start the babysitter quest.)

Disclaimer: unless you use the cheat/debugger tool, your stats will probably not be ready to unlock the child molestation scenes in the babysitter quest. Instead, you should get used to the game a little more and try the other scenes. Like the scene when you walk up on some kids playing doctor with one of their sisters.

The debugger tool is the first item in your item menu. It allows you to alter your stats. In this game different /h/ scenes occur depending on your purity, charm, and sexual desire levels. Your purity gets changed depending on the actions you take.
