Yukari can gap your limbs away, literally hold your heart in her hand. I'm sure we all know there is little Yukari can't accomplish if she really wants. Alice doesn't have to actually ever let you out of her sight thanks to her dolls, and she can start your relationship by using her Grimoire and the ultimate magic. Remilia can just fate the both of you to stay together forever. Forever, more like the Hourai are forever rather than just until the end of the world. Hell, even without that Sakuya would make sure you can never get away.
In the same way, a lot of them can also be pretty pathetic.
Yukari basically hibernates, so you could escape during that time. Dodging Ran is a challenge, but it's possible. Alice is a weird smelly loner and is known to always hold back, so she's already in "how did you get caught" tier and even if you did you can break her dolls until you find the opportunity to run. Remi is a literal child, you might just trick her into releasing you. Not to mention the sunlight weakness. Wriggle is a stupid forest youkai, she's low tier by every definition. Her bugs are icky, but stomping on them works like usual and they don't have superpowers.

While most fairies wouldn't be an issue, the three fairies being yan together would be a nightmare. Their abilities to always know where you are, mess with your sight, and mess with your hearing might not seem that terrifying at first, but a lifetime of it would drive nearly anyone mad. Can't speak to anyone else because luna mutes your voice when you aren't talking to the fairies. Can't try to write messages because sunny refracts light so that the page looks blank. My point is that classifying youkai into tiers like that is pointless, they can all technically do fucked up things to you. Even the humans and fairies can just... employ youkai to do fucked up things if you keep pissing a girl off. Yandere mode can potentially (doesn't have to) remove all moral inhibitions from a girl and make her 110% unhinged, potentially even more than you can imagine. But it can affect her in a much lighter way as well.

Yan-ish Yukari would be very fun, if it was all done with a certain sort of understanding. Making escape into a game that you both know you'll lose would still be interesting, and interest is the most important part for someone like her.
A human who continued to try to escape her grasp, using more and more outlandish and inventive ways each time he failed, would surely keep her interested, not make her angry. She wouldn't break someone like that.
Of course, any story like that should end with the man actually managing to escape, then making the decision to go back of his own volition (or, perhaps he only thinks it's his own idea, depending on the tone of the story).
