This one is pretty strange in that it kind of imitates a typical Touhou playthrough but in doujin format, with the dialogues being the only manga page. Even got its own text file screenshot to imitate the omake.txt.
What really shines on me however is the artist going as far as making his own danmaku design. Not something you see everyday so it kinds of stuck to me among the other doujin I've read lately.

This guy's first 7 mangas are very funny, they show Reimu and Alice obsessed with Marisa, even if you don't like Yuri the focus is not romance but comedy (especially when Alice appears)

Touhou comedy comics recommendations?

Karaagetarou's comics are what made me fall in love with touhou. Cute, funny, and surprisingly poignant. It's hard to pick a favorite but "Chirei de" is probably the most complete narrative.

I've made a personal 100+ long list of Touhou non-h doujin creators that I've checked out the works of. I can list some of them. I'll skip some of the most popular ones, like Zounose and Alison Airlines.

Top tier (All of these artists have extremely good art and have written very entertaining doujins):
Golden Pe Done - Mostly lighthearted, with some action and an artstyle that fits Touhou. Is one of the very few artists that draws Danmaku very well.
Morino Hon - Probably my favorite author. Makes mostly adventure-style series. Loves drawing 2hus in different outfits.
Warugaki - Master of parodies and copying artstyles. Mangas are mostly comedic in nature.

Recommendations:
Imizu - Unique author that draws 2hus in a stylized more real proportion style, with extremely good art. Very action heavy, and most depictions of 2hus are usually very OOC, with them acting way edgier than usual.
Fuantei - One of the funniest 2hu doujin circles out there. Out of all the circles that's retired, this is probably the one I'm most sad about
Munakata - Mostly action-heavy. Draws 2hus in short hair a lot, with a very scraggy artstyle.
Personal Color - Has made a FUCKTON of 2hu doujins. They vary, sometimes being lighthearted, sometimes being in the more dramatic side.
Musha Prune - Creator of Hakumei to Mikochi, another manga/anime series. Works are mostly pretty mythological, still lighthearted but with a somewhat sinister tone.
Carcharias - Makes mostly dramatic doujins. Lots of shading on his art.
Hitori de Dekirumon - Exclusively comedic author with some meta-humor. Made one of my favorite doujins, The Story of Koishi Being Lodged In Satori-Sama's Ureter.

Your Mileage May Vary:
Uu Uu Zan - 2hu Pixiv artist turned author. Relatively new to making 2hu manga, but the one's he's made have been very good.
Nihimaru - Underrated author that makes doujins on the more mythological side. Works kind of reminds me of Kino no Tabi.
Shimadoriru - Great art with very unique paneling, but very edgy stories that makes Zounose's stuff look pale in comparison.
Public Planet - Comedic artist that always includes Akyuu. One of the few authors nowadays that's getting constant translations.
Bushiteki Tamashii - He's that guy that constantly makes doujins with Touhou characters being parodied as macho hollywood stars.

His works are some of the absolute funniest I have read, they tow the line of a coherant plot and ridiculous jokes perfectly.
The artwork is also pretty good, distinctive but not overly stylised. It actually elevated Akyuu from a "literally who" character to someone I care about for me.
Would highly recommend, they aren't that long so if you don't like them it's not too much of a waste either.

Gensoukoumuten universe is 15+ releases, The Gensokyo of Humans by Ashiyama Bungaku is 16 chapters, Hang in There Kogasa-san is over 160 4koma panels, Rainmaker by Ameyama Telegraph is over 400 pages with 4 volumes.

There's also 2 more long series from Ashiyama that I can't recommend enough. "The Magician Who Loved a Fake" is just finished with the same amount of chapters. The other called "Until the Water Became Wholly Red" is in much longer run, 28 chapters and still going but it's only starting to get translated recently.
