I have F1 Koishi and C3 Yukari and they're both great. No regrets about investing in either one of them. If I were you, I'd go for Beach Yukari since she's both really helpful and appears very early in the banner.

My primary goal on this banner is F1 Reimu. Secondary goal is F1 Sanae. I'd like to pick up the other epics for collection and future potential but Marisa is the only one that doesn't reduce my chances of getting Sanae.
My current plan is to roll for Halloween Sanae and Beach Marisa then dump the rest of my rolls on Bluemu until spark. If I get all 3 early, I might consider stopping and saving instead of pushing for the exchange. Then I pray I can restock before Relic Marisa becomes available again.

It's because she is 2 weeks away from the big update. Only the bravest of men will roll. Flan will be even worse.

She can buff your team every 2 turns : 4 yang, 4 crit atk, coupled with self power up. Her SOLO card gives your team crit atk and crit acc, and she can give herself freeze barriers that further boost her yang and crit atk. Every spellcard gives your team 0.90 power up, which is pretty good in my opinion for VS stages with reduced P gain.

Damage wise, her ALL spellcard doesn't hit very hard. SOLO card is good should its killers hit. Her lastword is "okay". Won't reach silly numbers, but still carried me on some VS stages even when ATK friends were debuffed.

Most importantly, she can break 6 freeze barriers turn 1 with her first skill. Main issues is that she reduces Yin defense and her elements on her spells could be a bit hard to use.

In my opinion it's a good support. I often use her for breaking, giving stats and P boost, and nuking one gauge.

Imagine if New Year is just that green Suika. She still looms in the distance over every new update.
