UNIDENFITIED:
-The bonnet could belong to Yukari, a pink Yuyuko, Patchouli, or Flandre.
-The red and blue ribbons attached to the bonnet. If the red ribbon is a part of the bonnet, then the bonnet is just a reference to Flandre. if they are taken as independent, then they may reference Cirno and Rumia.
-The opposite color ribbons on her shoulders. They may be another homage to the Yama, but Sikieiki doesn't have those. Since the hat has a red/blue combination of ribbons, it may be playing off of that.
-The book. It may be a reference to Akyu or to Patchouli (if it were Alice, the book would be bound shut instead).
-White with red ribbon train around her thighs. They scream Reimu but Reimu does not wear anything like that.
-The eyes seem to belong to either Reisen or Youmu.
-There appear to be wings on her ankles. Seriously, what's up with that?
