The Byakuren doujins that have been translated are nice, but I'd really like some proper Saint treatment...

Breakdown of Byakuren's powerlevel:
Consider a magician, together with all the utility spells that entails, like Marisa or Patchouli. Now give her the anti-youkai divine abilities that come with being a youkai exterminator, like Reimu and Sanae. And finally her spells allow her to be extremely proficient at melee combat, like Yuugi and Meiling.

Of course all of that is useless against more esoteric powers, but in a 'conventional' battle she'd be deadly.
