Because Tsukihime has more plot, is darker, more real and has better characters and reeks of amateurism, while F/SN is all about Boy meets girl with a light tone and mostly shitty battles. Oh, and Nasu wasn't a money whore yet when Tsukihime was made so he didn't care.
