First off, Asumu is dead, Jessica is not.
Second off, it's always a warning sign when you find more about a character from other characters, rather than that specific character themselves.

Using that logic, Kyrie is the most suspicious. The most information we got about her came from Ange and Kasumi.

Besides, Jessica hasn't shown signs of being fucking crazy in the least. She's a teenage girl with teenage angst. If every teenage girl went on a murder spree because they were having issues then there would be thousands of dead people on a daily to weekly basis.

Not to mention Jessica is always shown fighting against magic (fight with Ronove, taking a stake for Kanon) and frankly I wouldn't enjoy having her as the final boss.

What if that person(s) is not actually murderer or accomplice, but just draws circles and maybe does stakings in the actual crime scenes to make it look like a witch?
