I was going to write a big reply, but fuck it, this thread is almost dead.

Basically all I wanted to say is that you shouldn't only rate a place only by its culture. There are other things like security, employment, health, etc. You guys might not notice since most of 4chan's userbase is from either US or Europe, but It's a big difference for me since I'm stuck in a 3rd world country shithole. Living in Japan would be a huge improvement on my lifestyle.
