Pepe's introduction was the first time we had Japanese style of magecraft explained (Rin and Aoko being faker westerners and not real nip mages) until it dropped later in Adventures. So I can easily see him inserted in Lord El Melloi stuff, and maybe Shirou mentors a younger Pepe? It would be a good connection.

It's not in the original Tsukihime, it's new lore for the Remake but it does play a part in the larger narrative of the game.
It's implied that Arcueid herself is the foundation of TsukiR-verse. Roa calls her the Canopy that's Covering the Void/Comos. This is also why the DAA need Arc for their Sixth ritual, which is meant to have a major influence in the world.

I'd say it's more an Arcueid thing than a Gaia thing. If Arc is not in the picture then it's probably not a concept that's present.

I wonder what Princess Arc and CM's Rainbow Eyes actually do? Rainbow Eyes are the pinnacle of Mystic Eyes and the only other known set of Rainbow Eyes are the MEoDP.
Even some Jewel Eyes are already ridiculously powerful, like Ophelia's which can pin down future possibilities, only limited by her magical energy (a problem Arc wouldn't have). Or Karabo's eyes of Transcience that can bring back events that happened in the past.
Rainbow Eyes are a level above those and equal to the MEoDP, so they must be pretty broken stuff.

I was reading through the third Lostbelt, and as soon as I reached the reveal of *what* Consort Yu was, I had to look this up. Apparently FGO itself retconned her out of being a TA, just "something similar". Which is hilarious, because LB3 was written by Urobuchi, and this is the same retcon Zero received, being "a similar timeline, but not the same as SN."
And honestly, good riddance, she was garbage as a TA and made no sense.

If Luminary Arc stored the texture of the Human Order, then it means it also stored all parallel worlds since they are part of said texture, right?

I think Fate Zelretch has control over all trees of time and their branches with the exception of the Tsukihime verse, that's why Nasu makes a distinction between Fate Zelretch and Tsukihime Zelretch.

KnK world being burned with Shiki needing to fall into a dream to avoid the Incineration. Besides, if not all timelines are affected and Goetia only went back in a single world, even recreating all of existence within that one world, he'd just get pruned by the remaining universe. He needed to, and was going to, erase all​ the tree of time to remake it.
I don't think Arc can 'store' the texture of the world in a single timeline and have all the other timelines within that world being unaffected, since the timelines themselves seem tied to the Texture/Human Order.

Is that Shiki stritctly from another world, like, was it stated to be so, or is there a possibility that was just the Shiki living in GO's world? (Or, say, given that it was an event, is there a possibility it wasn't cannon to the rest of FGO?)

What about, say, alternate timelines like FGO Arcade? The story there is different, they deal with their own brand of bullshit, and end up with different results, seemingly unafected by how things happen in other timelines (though I'll admit all I know is from hearsay and never actually played it, so forgive me if anything's wrong); furthermore, Draco appeared in mobile because she wanted to be summoned to the "main" Chaldea, so we know they happen in the same tree of time. In which case, why is one chaldea not dependant on the other? What about all the other chaldeas that are mentioned in the profiles of servants that came to mobile during the arcade crossover event?
I vaguely remember that at some point during the second part of FGO, Mash and Da Vinci have a conversation about how even if they managed to save their world (or history), they could end up prunned just like the lostbelts despite all their efforts, because they had no way of controling whether or not they were still accepted by Propper Human History. They never mention other worlds, and due to the nature of their conversation I assumed that everything in other timelines was going as planned and they were the odd ones out. Thoughts?

Oh, and about the Goetia and it all being meaningless situation:
Honestly? I don't think he cared. I know this sounds crazy, but hear me out.
FGO never made a point of having Prunning Theoretical Phenomena being seen as a big reveal, in fact, the characters seemed all completely aware of their existence, with the big surprise coming from the fact they were still around; we can't even assume this was something Chaldea in specific knew about, because Goredolf was perfectly aware and unsurprised, and at that point he shouldn't have been privy to all that knowledge. In fact, I can't remember (though this could be faulty memory on my paart) of a single propper mage being surprised whenever they (Prunning phenomena) were mentioned. So with this I'll assume they are somewhat common knowledge if you're high enough in the food chain of the magical world.
So, with that in mind, why they fuck does any villain try to do anything? Gilgamesh trying to unleash Angry Mango to turn humanity into a worthy version of itself? Roa trying to upheaval the foundations of the world to fuck around with it? CM and Six with the alesbury ritual? They should all be in a position where they are aware of Prunning, yet they seemingly couldn't give less of a fuck, and just keep on going with their plans. Simmilarly, I think Goetia also just didn't care, and was going to go ahead with it anyway.

Why though? Well, I have only a theory, though it is far from certain.
Notes. In Notes the planet dies, humanity dies and is suceeded by A-rays and Ether liners, and it is ravaged by war and Aristoteles. Yet, that world wasn't prunned. Now, could it simply be because the universe had yet to "check" in on their progress and decide whether or not to end them? Yes. Do I think that is the case? No.
I believe, especially because TYPE-Moon was the culprit behind that scenario, that it may be possible to "dodge" the prunning. For notes it may be that the planet is dead and they have separated themselves from its influence in any given way.
Of course though, like I said, this theory is far from certain, so feel free to tear it a new one.

To add to this whole "they knew about the prunning and didn't care", here is Sutr talking about why he caused the events that led to LB2, as well as his regrets and failures.
In this conversation, Sutr shows to be completely aware about the fact this world is going to be prunned, showing that it is in fact something you do know if you're high up enough in the magical world food chain. But more than that, he describes how he failed to destroy the world, and as a result it was going to be prunned.
Which strikes me as very odd. He wanted to bring an end to all things and laugh as it all faded to nothingness, but was unnable to do it himself because Odin imprisoned him. BUT, if he knows Prunning is a thing that was going to happen, why isn't he happy? At the end he succeeded, his world was going to fade away because of his actions. Is it because he isn't the one dealing the final blow himself? Why does he sound so disappointed and and forlorn that his world is going to end by prunning, when the alternative was that he would destroy the world and then die?
It seems odd, and I do admit there may be confirmation bias in this analysis, but maybe, *maybe*, it was because he could've avoided prunning and genuenely brought a world to the end by doing it before the world decided enough was enough.

Yes, it was stated in TM Ace 16:

Nasu: The Shiki in the event is the Shiki after the events of Kara no Kyoukai. But even if the characters of Kara no Kyoukai show up in the world of FGO, the whole city would’ve already been in ruins. But Shiki is special – she’s dead, but not quite. Her body had burned, but it’s yet to completely burn up. She’s there, just right before dying, asleep. The Ogawa Apartments that we see is the dream that Shiki is seeing. During the event, Shiki would say things like, “This is an awful nightmare,” or “I can’t wake up, so come with me,” and if she does wake up, she, like everyone else, would die out along with the time period she’s in. But if she doesn’t wake up, she’ll avoid the destruction of humanity as long as she’s in that dream, and she’ll be able to return to her original world.

Probably a different branch of the FGO time-tree.

Also another point is the Reverse of the World isn't subject to the arrow of time in effect within the Greater History; and doesn't specifically exist within the spatial continuity conventionally accessible to humans within the Surface. It's likely not subject to the prunning due to being part of a different texture.
