You could have a device with lots of different sections filled with different aroma.
Your computer could send requests for it to release certain quantaties of specific aromas, together mixing into your desired smell.

Such a device would be kind of a hassle to make and maintain though, and the aroma packets would cost money (and time if you have to make them yourself) and what would be needed to mix and distribute the smell into the air could also be a bit tedious to make both small, efficient and quiet.

But it is possible, all you need is some basic engineering and chemical skills, you can still be kind of an amature but some basic skills are needed.
