People underestimate Indonesians in Touhou fandom, it seems.
Few mildly-known artists (like Naufaldreamer and Kappamin) are Indonesians, some of the notable Touhou MMD animators are Indonesians, like MTB and Vegemite.
The one who rigged Sannyo in Touhou poll last month that was broadcasted in official stream was an Indonesian. I'm surprised at their presence in the fandom (because they don't seem very open about their nationality), yet it feels like /jp/ still only recognize someone like Wool and Yoruny as the only notable SEA Touhou fans.

Me neither. Most Touhou fans in Europe seem to be Polish, Russian, French and Romanian, this is just my personal obversation. Touhou seem quite popular in Poland. I saw a lot of Russians that like Yukari too.

There are a couple of Russian Touhou artists and composers (and lately a game dev). There's French singer called TBK that sing Touhou songs in french for Crest circle, and there's German Touhou Vocal/EDM circle called Frozen Starfall.
