How is Eirin way up there?

There is NO canon proof that Yuka is strong. She's stronger than most of the PC-98 Touhous but she's not in the same league as the PC Touhous. The only Touhous ZUN said was the strongest was Suika and Yukari. That's pretty much it. In StB the characters appear in order of weakest to strongest.
