A gravure idol (グラビアアイドル gurabia aidoru), often abbreviated to gradol (グラドル guradoru), is a Japanese female model who primarily models on magazines, especially men's magazines, photobooks or DVDs. Gravure idols appear in a wide range of photography styles and genres. Their photos are largely aimed at male audiences with poses or activities intended to be provocative or suggestive, generally accentuated by an air of playfulness and innocence rather than aggressive sexuality.

It's not a request, it's required, legally I suppose, just another way to censor genetalia rather than the normal pixelation. I don't understand why you keep insisting on this, Mizuki really doesn't come off that way at all. She did do a handful of photos with a kind of edgy/punk vibe, complete with a temporary tattoo, but besides that her social media personality is pretty consistent. And she clearly loves that style of Japanese streetwear fashion, as she's consistently retweeting things about it.
She's a bit of a dorky wota, her sub-account is specifically for that, loves video games from her father, recently got into doing cosplay, and generally seems to post whatever on her main Twitter (food, friend dates, funny LINE messages, Aika-tier random thoughts) rather than using it just as a work account. It can come off as strange if you're just there for booba but I don't think it's anything the same as RaMu going from one personality to another every couple of years.

I think this is probably it... When she was on MissMaga's circuit I recall her saying she got into gravure because she had been a fan herself, so I think that's why she's so enthusiastic about her MM2022 cohorts. Notice she basically likes, comments, and retweets everything that Kiki, as well as Coco, Sakita Yuna, and Fujimoto Sara post.

I imagine a lot of her early otaku posting was due to management trying to find her audience after winning a relatively bland MissMaga. She only made the sub account recently and I think it was the result of a pivot by management back to mostly drawing interest with her modelling. That and she hasn't done any modelling for a long time while the MM movie was being produced.
