It's canon that Rumia's bow has some sort of power over her, so saying that EX-Rumia isn't canon can't be confirmed since ZUN isn't going to answer the question one way or the other.
Koishi is a psychopath, she is denying her very nature as a satori. Youkai who do this are self destructive and risk disappearing from existence completely.
PC98 Yuuka says otherwise.
