Alright /jp/ you were right, I just played this game and it's amazing. I had no idea western developers could actually write story this good. What other RPG'S have I been missing all these years.

don't burn yourself out on Bioware RPGs. They all have an odd "uncanny valley" thing going, and it's almost gone in ME2, but it's still there.

Also, the voice acting was pretty good.

Maybe you should try Knight of the Old Republic if you liked Mass Effect.

I don't understand the hype behind ME2. It was the some old mediocre crap that's been getting shoveled out for ages.

Some of the missions were pretty decent, and they were the ones that didn't involve the crappy combat system.

This isn't necessarily true.

KOTOR is one of the most casual RPGs ever, I found it easy to play and get into. Story is typical star wars with what a tweeeest thrown in somewhere. Major difference is gameplay, which is simple yet very different to ME2.
