You need to send an email to aika_support@gala-net.com from the email you registered with
Tell them that you want to reset your pin number, character, and account.
About 30 minutes later, they will send you an email with a support ticket (this means they are gonna help you soon)
Then wait, around 30 minutes more, and you recieve another mail. They tell you in the mail, that your pin number is clear.
When you log on again and select that character, the game asks you to choose a new pin number. This time try to use something you wont forget.

Guild Admin in Regenshire has guild quests that you purchase. As far as being useful to the guild, the best thing you can do is continue grindan with your friends that are around your level so we have a solid chunk of people progressing up the levels, rather than just a few here and there. It'll make it easier when we do raids or something.

Just continue to grind quests for the best xp, while trying to avoid repeated dungeon runs.
