Like it has a story of you heavily bombing a port and then eventually they set sail to confront you for a climatic battle, and in gameplay terms it means you can ditch the anti-installation gear at the end.
It's actually fairly interesting and against my better judgement, I would like to see more of it.

It took a lot of tries until the Ne kais stopped aiming at the carriers, and it was green T. Most runs had all three carriers get wrecked quickly.

In this one RJ and Suzuya had the bombs with Hornet and Shokaku in their extra slots, and Kumano kept the kai ni rockets I originally spent 3 slot items for. It was air supremacy and the enemy airstrike missed, which was rare since it usually took someone out. The airstrike and support killed the three weak enemies; strong support is necessary. Ne torpedoes hit Yahagi and Nagato, and then Ne first round shelling hit Yahagi and missed Naganami. Second round shelling missed Suzuya and then hit Suzuya after her attack.

After the run, Yahagi, Suzuya, and Kumano were naturally sparkling. Suzuya and Kumano had a mix of plane ranks due to shootdowns, but RJ is such a pro her Murata, F4U-4, Jinpu, and type 3 ASW were all >>.

There's also the fact that most everyone just knows what to do and how to play, so we don't get the silly things of the past that generated discussion like the collages of people accidentally sinking their ships or tagging themselves incorrectly and ruining all of the future plans, and so on.

To be fair, the fatman has gotten pretty used to event planning by now, tags make sense, you don't need to wait until FFs to clear, etc.

I find the U node in E7 a much grander kind of scumbaggery. It's either proc lvl 3 smoke or back to start.

It's funny, when there are no events going on I do dailies/weeklies/EOs/expedition cycling. Once events start not only do I procrastinate on starting it but I also stop doing even dailies.
