In your situation I would trim the whole breast off and then when you have an idea of the shape of the scar cut into the torso I would use the makeup pencil method to attempt to trim the the skin from the front of the breast off and attach it over the scar tissue. Ok well you really need to get on the nutrition and fitness stuff. I am very worried about the fatigue you described. You should be able to coom at least once per day if not more.

Speaking from a lot of real world knowledge and experience here. Def involve a doctor with bloodwork for this too. Ideally a nutritionist that can work with bloodwork and help you understand what to add/remove from your diet.
