Off the top of my head, the unexplained gold text, why endless magic can bring people back seemingly with all their memories, referencing Hideyoshi in EP3 as an example, yet Beatrice was a tabula rasa, and why she was able to regain the memories to begin with, as Featherine herself stated she should not be the same Beato in red.

Sure, you can yell that it's not over yet, and they have a possibility to be explained away sufficiently, but the simple fact that he introduces things like the gold after Knox throws down her airtight defense of no supernatural forces can work without evidence, yet he uses a supernatural force without evidence and it works, is awful writing.

Unless it's foreshadowing to that ridiculous fiction end, which I do not want.

Why is it awful writing? It makes sense to me, the gold text obviously works differently than the red text.

Battler's red that the immolated corpse was Kinzo was useless, because he had no evidence.

So what does he do? Uses the supernatural gold text, without any evidence at all, and Dlanor just accepts this grand contradiction without telling us why, so we get to wait until Episode 8 before we figure out just how the fuck that was possible, yeah, A++ writing.

Battler figuring everything out and not telling us is bullshit, but I can understand that well enough. But it's horrible form to do what Ryukishi did in his shonen gaem trial of EP5, which only further points towards a fiction end.
