Depends on the size of the doll and the size of your dick. If you've got a 5+ in girth big white cock you could easily tear up smaller holes. Length doesn't matter much. If you have an average or small cock it's a nonissue.

More or less, tpe is more likely to be abraded but if you have her covered up with clothing its a nonissue either way. The real problem is that the skeletons aren't the toughest things in the world and you want to avoid putting too much pressure on it. For larger dolls (150+ cm) in both silicone and tpe, you need to store them carefully because their sheer weight can damage themselves if you leave them sitting on a counter etc. If a doll of any size takes a fall it will probably be severely damaged. My doll has lived in my bed (memory foam mattress) forever and hasn't had any issues.

silicone is smooth while tpe becomes sticky and tacky when it's not powdered. Doll silicone is just a softer stretchier version of what kitchen utensils are made out of, they have a very similar texture. Definitely superior for sucking or licking, the tpe texture and tackyness makes it not recommended regardless of chinesium chemicals.

Silicone = high carbon hardened steel

All of this also compounds with how rough you intend to be. I have several silicone dolls at around 7yrs old and neither has any catastrophic failures, and i regularly bend them to their skeleton limits.
