A powerlevel isn't something you have to actively suppress. Not running around yelling about weeaboo shit isn't suppressing anything, it's just acting like someone who isn't a complete jackass.

I dont suppress it but I dont talk about "that" stuff unless somebody asks. Actually I rarely talk to anyone besides my family and they've seen my room anyways so no point in hiding my hobbies from them.

I'm not a hikikomori and I don't talk about any of my interests. But then again I don't have any friends offline to begin with.

I don't go out of my way to make people think I'm something I'm not, but I don't go to the other extreme either.

If someone asked me if I like Anime or Japanese sex games, I wouldn't deny it in most cases. When people ask me why I'm learning Japanese, I tell them for Japanese games and animation.
