28 seems to be the cutoff year for the ladies. Haruka Terui (Momoka), Teru Ikuta (Natalia), and Kaoru Sakura (Chitose) were all 28 when they debuted for iM@S. The cutoff for side characters, rivals, and SideM idols seems to be a bit higher but the cutoff for Toyota is probably gone unless she gets cast as one of the upcoming CG voices.
