It's not often that I got Mikus in unusual outfit, but this one surely looks stunning and beautiful.
She really is cute. But this fig is so badly designed, it barely sits down. I wouldn't put her on the edge of the desk as any shaking would surely drop her on floor. I have to find something to make her sit on firmly.

At a computer event in college I found a guy with a pinocchioP sticker on his laptop and commented on it. For that same event I had written some software to allow people to queue up their own music for playing over the speakers while the event was going on. After talking to that guy he started adding some pinnochioP songs to the queue and we had so many complaints that I had to implement a skip feature the day of. I have never forgiven myself

Stumbled upon a deep-dive vocaloid producer interview series.
The video is about Hiiragi Magnetite's Marshall Maximizer. I don't want to learn anything about music myself, but this was definitely an interesting experience seeing how he combined various sounds to make a single beat etc.

I would describe the current era as a vocaloid cambrian explosion.
2012 was dominated by big-name VocaloPs with series that gained millions of views. The cast of vocal characters was also smaller.
2023 is defined by a smattering of smaller VocaloPs who don’t reach the same dominance but are still successful. Vocaloid culture is broader but less centralized. This is because the method of content delivery is different. There’s also greater variety in vocal character.
I’m really liking this era of vocaloid. Keeping tabs on it is harder. It feels like I could miss a great midsize producer because youtube didn’t feel like recommending them.
