No, you can't Netplay, there's no more servers hosting PS2 games and I don't think the game doesn't include any option anyways. Maaaaybe if a hack AND a Kaillera mode for PCSX2 existed it would work, but I doubt it, besides, PCSX2's team sucks, they think it's not worth their time.
