Powder eyeliner will stay for a while. It really depends on how much you touch it. If you don't touch it it'll stay on for weeks if not a month or longer. I've got a 90cm TPE Akane and I'm in the process of getting a 95cm Silicone Rico.
Hole strength isn't an issue on the TPE dolls. The wigs are kind of a bitch to get to look good on the TPE Akane head. Also, the mount for the head is a bit loose meaning that the face tends to turn away from where you set it.
