Nothing to do with implying any pairing is canon so much as trying to understand if there is some vague reference to the two meeting any more then once in any of the side stories.

In it's own way the idea of Marisa becoming friends with Flandre through some kind of necessity while sneaking through the mansion makes sense and it's easy to see why a pairing could be made by assuming such. I just wanted to know if it was any more then a fan made scenario.

Unfortunately because ZUN forgets about most of his characters, Flandre never shows up in anything outside her EX stage. Hell in that Inaba manga thing she never even shows up in one panel, which is weird considering how much time is spent on the SDM cast.

In a sense I prefer that ZUN doesn't do much with Flandre. It gives her a sense of danger where she can't be completely trusted. I'd also go on about the fans not being able to fuck her up any more, but that happens well enough on it's own.

Still she gets to have her own articles and a appearance in shoot the bullet as a EX tier boss. She's not been entirely forgotten so much as she isn't appropriate for most games.

This picture does a good job of reminding me of the lavaetain card as I do in fact go right up to her side unfocused while she has lavaetain straight out to inflict some damage when I want to do the card quick. How many depictions of Flandre's danmaku are there that aren't just four of a kind anyways?

Some, not many though and if you are looking for accurate still representations of people dealing with her spell cards, I doubt you'll find many. Lots of Flandre holding Lavaetin though.
