Imagine if you were limited to "reading" (scrolling past) 800 4chan posts a day, including OPs when you load the catalog, and it counts twice if you load the thread again. That's the sort of limit the dumbasses are enforcing.

This isn't just theorycrafting either, most users are reporting they're hitting the limit in less than a hour.

I wouldn't say he's lying because at first this was the problem. It was probably counting each of those pings in the bottom right image (I lost the original link, sorry) as a different fetch which is why you hit it in a minute instead of like... 5 or 10. Which is still unacceptable.
