Hell, she's still surprised by how much stronger Ciel is as DA Noel. It's why she picked the fight in the first place, Noel thought Ciel was only DAA tier and not dramatically above that to the point of negating her eyes and stomping on her in physical combat so hard she literally can't even scratch her. Anon in the Type Lumina Powered Ciel arcade ending they have Ciel fighting Luminary Arc, just fine. The reason Arc caught her at the end of Ciel route was fatigue from Calvaria's Star, she could barely move before Arc got up and grabbed her, TL has her resisting the suped-up Mystic Eyes that prevented her from fleeing, either from a lack of fatigue or a Virgin Pain buff. If all she needs is Virgin Pain not to be broken or a better Berserk Arc fight to swap hands with forma de Luminary paying attention to her, or even just standing up and not folding immediately, then I'd say that puts a fully geared Ciel using all her tools seriously as well above most DAA, since putting Luminary as WAY above DAA seems reasonable and she has to be at least a little bit relative to that, even if Arc is obviously stronger
Type Lumina seems to like a very highballed interpretation of Ciel's strength though, since they're kinda gassing up Ciel and Aoko as near-peer, probably excluding the 5th of course. Negging Dantes and what not.

Lumina is legit. She's just as much of a monster as Aoko. She probably resisted the gaze because of the armor's conceptual effects. The DAA comments are silly though. There is hardly any point during the fight with Vlov where her immortality "carried her", especially when you have Vlov stating her fighting capabilities surpass his. It did actually help her a bit in her fight against Arc when Arc turned the city into a living being Ciel was taking fatal wounds, but I doubt she wouldn't have been able to take them normally especially considering that Ciel was strong enough to push back Arcueid's planet's breath carried the force of the rotation of earh with nothing but physical strength. I think it's a bit disingenuous to say that he'd just arbitrarily live through any one attack, this is pretty significant overkill against almost everything, Ciel needed a plan B to work around reinforcement from the near perfect awareness in Calvaria's Star but Ciel thought this would be enough to outright kill an Arc that's massively stronger than the Vlov she fought so it's probably comparable, Vlov wouldn't have that advantage or durability like that.
I don't think Ciel investing all her strength in massive one shot nukes would make any sense if any viable nuke target just says "I got some blood though wheeze" and lives on 1hp, that seems like a large narrative problem

I don't really know why you're hyper focusing on this so much. The topic was about her getting carried by immortality. I was defending her skill but also acknowledging it's a pivotal part of her matchups and toolkit. That's all. If you put her in front of Vlov with no armor she likely dies. If you put her 5KM away sniping she probably pulls something off. If she lets everyone die and just stars then she probably also wins as clean as she can but because of setup maybe not if she doesn't have armor. It's entirely situational.

As for her shot? I don't know how it compares exactly. Hers is probably more concentrated damage but Arcs seems like it did significantly more AoE. So back to the point of vampires. It doesn't really matter how strong Ciel's concentrated attack is unless it wipes out the vampire in one blow. Blowing its head off with 10x more power than necessary isn't actually going to do anything immediate since a battle with a vampire is generally one of attrition as they instantly recover unless they're reserves(Blood/Power for DA/TA) are worn down.

XVI is Shiki. Roa doesn't really die again once he's incarnated so it's still only 16 but now he's Roa XVII as SHIKI.

I think the only other option is if they count OG as 0 and Ciel is Quinze(15th Reincarnation) but in coffin XVI. In this case a missing Reincarnation 14 would be in coffin XV and Agelessness(Coffin XIV) is actually Roa's 13th reincarnation. Though that's kind of messy and weird but it CAN make sense.

Like, lets say the 15 scratches represent the study of the succession of curses. Maybe that's some mook reincarnation that Roa studies the topic under while in the wandering sea and so that's why you have 15 scratches in both scenes. One foreshadowing the next topic and the other researching the topic and then the one in the XVI coffin is Ciel whose called Quinze in RoaShiki's mind. That's confusing because the numeral number on the coffin and not matching up with the topic of study but it could represent the 15th reincarnation if OG was 1. Anyway... it's confusing and I feel like it could go either way unless I'm missing something so I listed both.

I think Vlov inheriting Zaria's IB is the result of Roa 15's research and according to the Nrvnqsr scene it's something he's already done prior to coming to the Wandering Sea which would make Ciel 16.
I do admit that the censorship of how many times Roa's reincarnated in the France flashback is suspicious though.

that's Roa's memories flowing into him. And so are all other memories of Arc. SHIKI is always linked to Shiki. The shota shit is his own confusion/a hint towards SHIKI being the cause of this.
Its impossible for Shiki to be his initial body either because Ciel chose the Tohno family as reincarnation targets, not the Nanayas.
