Dexter's starting to get a bit stale for me this last season, though it'd be interesting to see where they'd go with the twist ending. Other series I recently watched was Breaking Bad, and it was pretty much FUCK YEAR awesome throughout - can't wait for next season.

Dexter starts to get worst each season, didn't bother to watch it pass season 3.

Just because American dramas aren't as shitty as nip ones doesn't mean they aren't still shitty.

Does Densha get better? I watched like 2 or 3 episodes but I just could not stand watching how awkward the guy was, and dropped it.

The only current American shows I can tolerate are Dexter, Mad Men, and Breaking Bad.

Western cultures have always had a sadistic fascination with drama. Eastern cultures are (relatively) new at trying to copy western drama.

American drama isn't much better. The only American drama I've even bothered to watch is House, mostly because of Hugh Laurie, and even then he is British. I do like American sitcoms though.

I hate American TV shows because they always drag on for years and years with no end in sight. What I like about Japanese dramas is that the vast majority of them end after one season.
