You can grow new skin cells via tension and they have nerves and feeling just like any other skin (e.g. you think fat people don't feel their gross flabs they grow)? This is not correct. While certainly the mutilation varies in extremities, cut dicks have a circumcision scar which divides the inner and outer foreskin. A typical guy has some loose skin there that they can pull a bit. If you are unlucky enough to have an extremely tight cut, there maybe be little to no loose skin there for you but it does exist. They don't cut off literally everything. Starting from that point is obviously not ideal but it's possible to loosen up the skin with your hands over a long period of time. There's people that have done it and post timeline picks of their dicks if you really want to see it.

Not really, they have just as much (maybe a bit less route-length wise now that I think about it, but it's not a significant difference, they're still full-length routes). I'd guess they're listed as side heroines on VNDB because that's what they were on the website and nobody bothered to change it when the game came out, I've read plenty of VNs where the 'main heroines' got far less.

There are two parts in particular where I think they cut content.
First was the last H-scene in Maruri's route, where they go "and then they had a 3P" without showing it. Why didn't they actually do the 3P?
Second was the climax in Funabori-oneesan's route with Maruri and the MC. That should have been a whole scene and it wasn't.
Plus, a bunch of scenes felt like they should have had more CGs but didn't. It's not a big thing, but it just feels like they went over-budget or something and had to cut stuff.
