The real key is to learn the sculptors. E.g., Jiusheng or Mizuwali. Jiusheng has a relationship with AXB/Zelex/MLW(MZR) and Mizuwali is Dollhouse/D4E/Piperdoll. If you can't figure out who that is then just learning the brand and what manufacturers might own them. I'm partial to FU Doll sculpts which is also Bezlya and SHEDOLL. This shit can get confusing. I'd start going through the bigger vendor pages and bookmarking sculpts I really liked. Then researching the brand further until I found a vendor I can talk to about the custom work.

I'd also try dollbase to find the manufacturer. Reach out to them and maybe celesdolls to try and find contact info so you can get a quote. You def want to explain to them up front that you have the budget for this. And finally hunt for reviews on quality of that manufacturer. Even if you like the sculpts they do if the doll falls apart that's a $10-20k bad experience. Any premium maker should be solid and no matter what you're risking just your own mistake damaging the doll. If you got the budget it's worth it.
