As stated before, Akyu does not know about the events of IN. This is why she labels Reisen as a youkai rabbit and Kaguya along with Eirin as humans. She even points out that Reisen is totally different from 'other youkai rabbits'.

Or you. Perfect Memento in Strict Sense is written from Akyu's point-of-view. In other words it contains only what she knows or thinks she knows. This is why she mislabels Reisen, Eirin, and Kaguya as youkai rabbit and humans. And why she considers Alice to be a human-turned-youkai. But canonically in the Windows games Alice is a natural born youkai and it is stated as such in the manuals of every Windows game she's in.

What she does state is that a human could not probably win against Yukari.

However. She specifically writes that 'There is absolutely no chance for victory' in Suika's article.

All I'm saying is that while generally Akyu's information may be accurate, not all of it is. Especially if she herself is unaware of it. She knows a lot about Yukari and the older youkai because Yukari, along with the others, has been around for a long fucking time.
