Head to the part of the touhou fanbase /jp/ hates. Near the Pooshlmer side of things. Gensokyo.org, Voile. They're pretty much the ones responsible for at least 90% of translated touhou doujins. With a few yuri doujins translated on Wings of Yuri. And the few translated h-doujins usually from a couple of commisionable translators or CGrascal.

In the future, ask on Pooshlmer. They move somewhat slowly (I think, haven't been there for months), but they have dedicated "source (and random garbage)" threads, so you have a better chance of getting a straight answer.
