People in global might not know this yet but the upcoming VS battle in the jap version is going to feature a new buff removal mechanic. It's not yet known how exactly it will work but it will most likely be an extra attack effect. The only buffs not removed are tier 2. Since once of the enemy weaknesses is earth, this will make Beach Hecatia extra strong. Can't just sit on +10 attack buffs all day long and brute force everything.

It's not a lock. There are none at all in fact. It just removes all your buffs. You can technically just rebuff yourself. Or you can bring your cute debuff friends for the final wave and just instantly clear it. I have not done all levels yet so I can't say how easy it will work on stuff like lvl 100 or 120. It's only 2 enemies and those tend to have absurdly high HP in the end.

That said, this is also just a real big fucking issue with the games design in general. It has so many retarded convoluted mechanics that can end up just making a lot of things not super interchangeable, especially in bizarre arcane comps like you're referencing.

This is the team I used for 120 back when it came out.
Dunno how helpful it is for you and I don't remember much of the setup, but you only need to clear it once so you it can blast overkill setups or greedy ones with little lock removal.
IIRC in this setup I don't switch, but rather let the frontline die out on the final bar or something like that.
Obv Science Yuuka shill stage so I had an easy time not thinking so your mileage may vary.

Sex Flan usually pulls a lot of weight so it'd be down to experimentation.
I ran the replay an it looks like the goal for her is to soften up Letty so that Yachie can kill the 1st bar, then for her to nuke the 2nd bar along with Heca. If you can achieve those two goals you should be fine.
Thing of note is that Flan has synergy with Heca because of them giving freeze to eachother.
A6 and A7A Marisas have Body type LW which gets nerfed to the ground so they're out.

A big part of the issue is that I just don't have access to relevant ufes/relic 2hu's. My only (maxed out) ufes are koakuma, both reisens and terrorist marisa. I've got toyohime and loli junko but toyohime's stuck at 90 with no dolls and junko's at 70. And Alice is my only relic, period and while I've got blue hecatia and koishi for epics, dolls don't fucking exist so I've only got yukari to work with.
So overall I just had a real heavy reliance on HEAL 2hu's, body, heavy, ofuda and, to a lesser extent, liquid bullet which really just fucked me over.
And now to figure out if I want to suffer through the same process on hecatia's stage.

The (basic non extended) sequence for it was terrorist would divebomb LW turn 1 with alice and koakuma using an ST on letty, reimu with a cold would come in wave 2 and AOE after butler drops her LW and would full break letty, which alice would ST, again, to clear the bar, then butler swaps for yukari so she can cleanse everyone and all three on field LW to clear last wave. a6 marisa was there as an extreme case backup failsafe.

The way I approach something whenever I don't have the units in the video is I look at what that unit accomplishes then see if I can substitute with whatever I have.
Also since I have a lot of the good cards from previous EX/Conflux stages I can try pushing a bit further if I see a setup that is also trying to be realistic with card requirements.
Usually some turboautists creates a gen only clear of a stage which usually means you can adapt it to your roster somewhat.
It's still a lot of trial and error.

And while, luckily, my card quality/quantity has risen pretty dramatically over the past few weeks, I haven't really started to farm EX stages and only have... one each of SDM/worlds in hand MLB'd. I kinda do, ignoring whatever I'm doing since the release of S5 units, from May 10th up to a couple of days ago I used around 100k spirits between events, card farming with that false 4x increased droprate that granted me little to nothing, bringing up Cirno and Kosuzu after their rebirth, bringing around 14 chars up to lvl 100 and so on.
