There's no more conflict.

Hisui's and Kohaku's stories are so closely intertwined that it doesn't even make sense for them to have separate routes. In order to solve one's problems, you have to at least become aware of the other's too.

Nasu should have made one big Maid route that has a bad end like Hisui/True and good end like Kohaku/True, with added twincest threesome at the end.

The way it was, I was impressed by Hisui's route, but Kohaku's route was so similar that I don't even remember anything from it except the ending screen.

Kohaku has more seriously dere moments than Hisui does. Lots of scenes start with Kohaku accusing Shiki in some way, and then turning the tables on her by making her feel something emotionally about what he says.

She does act like a bitch, but in the next scene she's almost always got the doe-eyes I'M SORRY NISSAN thing going on. Akiha hardly even factors into KT. Hisui and Kohaku have more active time than Akiha. Akiha appears in the school festival and sports day (where she is quite delicious), when you're with Hisui and Kohaku together, and when she needs to set Akira's boundaries straight.
